How It Works
We bring the machine, mount it to your wall or set it on your counter, plug it in. Done in 20 minutes. No disruption to your service. No cost to you.
Every purchase starts with a government ID scan. 21 and over only. Fully compliant with New York State law. Your staff never gets involved.
Credit card, debit, tap-to-pay, or cash. The machine handles everything. Your bartenders keep serving drinks.
A monthly check hits your account like clockwork. No split on product revenue. No invoices. No paperwork. Just a flat fee for your wall space.
For Your Bar
$300–$500 per month, every month, for doing nothing. Direct deposit. No split, no hassle, no paperwork.
When someone wants a vape, they used to leave your bar. Now they don't. More time in your bar means more drinks ordered.
We stock it. We maintain it. We handle all compliance, registration, and regulatory filings. You never touch the machine.
The machine can be custom-wrapped to match your bar's aesthetic. Your guests won't even know it's a third-party device.
Compliance
We know what you're thinking. Vape machines in bars — is that even legal in New York?
Yes. Under NYC Administrative Code § 17-177 and New York State Public Health Law § 1399-dd, vending machine sales of nicotine products are specifically permitted in licensed taverns and bars.
Every Borough Vending machine is state-registered with the NYS Department of Taxation and Finance, equipped with built-in ID verification on every transaction, and fully covered by our general liability insurance.
We handle every piece of compliance paperwork. You don't sign anything except our simple placement agreement — and your monthly check.
College bars across the South. Nightclubs in Europe. Nicotine vending in age-gated venues isn't a new concept — it's just new to New York City. Which means you can be first in your neighborhood.
The bars that get in early get the best placement terms. We're building our NYC network now. Once community district license caps are filled, we can't add more machines in that area.
Now accepting placements: Hell's Kitchen, East Village, Lower East Side, Williamsburg, Murray Hill, and Astoria. Space is limited by NYC licensing.
